John N. Giorgi, Esq. is the Founder of Integrity Members Title and a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 30 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has handled all facets of real estate, including closings, title claims, zoning matters, development, and litigation. After 18 years in litigation, he earned his MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, strengthening his expertise in the financial side of real estate.

 

John has personally completed more than 100 real estate projects, from new construction to fix-and-flip investments and structural expansions. His experience goes far beyond the closing table.

 

He founded Integrity Members Title to bring a legal mindset to title insurance. Every search, policy, and closing is approached with precision and accountability. We look beyond surface-level issues, identify potential risks others may miss, and resolve challenges before they become problems.
